Shipping Information

We strive to dispatch your order promptly, typically within 3-5 business days upon order confirmation. Delivery usually takes 7-10 days from the date of shipment. Please note that peak seasons may result in delivery delays.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement or until the status changes to 'Processing,' whichever occurs first (before shipment confirmation).

Refund Policy for Canceled Orders

Refunds will be processed to the original bank account or card used for placing the order.

Exchange Policy

Customers can initiate a product or size exchange by contacting us within 7 (seven) days of receiving the order. The following conditions must be met:

• The product(s) should be unused and unwashed.
• Tags must be intact.
• The product(s) should not have been purchased at a sale/discounted price.
• The product(s) should not be custom-altered.
• An unpacking video is required for damaged, partial, or wrong products received.

Customers are responsible for sending the parcel back to us. Please note that reverse parcels may take 3-20 days after pickup to reach us. Exchange orders will be processed after we receive the parcel, and the product(s) pass the quality check.

Size Exchange

• Kindly check the size chart carefully before confirming your order.

This may reduce the size exchange.
